Walker and Co. wanted to increase web and mobile conversion rates for their shave system. We worked with them to test (and disprove) their hypothesis that design issues in their shopping cart were causing conversion issues for users. After user research uncovered the real design issues, we used lean experimentation and rapid iteration to improve conversion.
